About Us


Victorian Home and Community Care (VHCC) is registered NDIS service provider.

VHCCs Senior Management have more than 30 years combined experience in the Disability, Mental health and NDIS sectors. They have been with the NDIS since its inception, and they lead, manage and educate their culturally diverse team to provide exceptional (and seamless) care services.

VHCC provides NDIS services in Eastern, Western, Northern  Victoria and across greater Melbourne

While having industry partnership with Victorian International Academy we have over 300 care workers from diverse cultural background.  Our Care workers team can speak over 20 different languages


VHCC has 5 years of experience in providing 24/7 care services to high intensity disability participants, we are specialised in transition from hospitals to home. We have qualified care workers who experienced in 24 hour care services.

Our care team consists of Registered nurses, enrolled nurses, care workers and mental health care workers.
